Product Claim Form

If you need to report a problem with a product, you can do so here by using our product claim form. The product(s) must have been purchased in the official Ferm Living webshop. If the product(s) was purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the point of purchase directly.

Once the product claim form has been filled out and sent through, we will get back to you within five business days. Should you have any questions regarding the claim process, please contact us via our contact form.

 

Terms and conditions for claims

If you think there is something wrong with your product, you can claim the product here. We recommend taking photographs of products that you think are damaged or faulty to support your claim.

We must provide you with products that are as described to you on our website, are in accordance with these terms and that meet all of the requirements imposed by law.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:

  • Up to 30 days: if your products are faulty, then you can get a refund.
  • Up to six months: if your products can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  • Up to six years: if your products do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

We may require you to return the products to us for inspection. We will either arrange to collect the products, or we will ask that you return the products by shipping them to:

We’ll refund any reasonable shipment charges you incur to return faulty products. Please obtain and keep proof of shipment.

Once we have received and inspected the products, if we agree that they are damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or misdescribed then we will refund you the price including any delivery costs by the same method used for payment.
